A Taste of the Orient: Come along with us as we explore the fusion and the fire of the East! In this hands-on class you will discover the magic of plant-based substitutions as we recreate some of our favorite dishes using authentic Asian flavors and fresh vegetables. You’ll make sesame ginger “beef”, veggie fried rice, and “crab” rangoon. An incredibly flavorful slaw will complete your meal as we dine together as a class. Enjoy ginger lemon cookies after class or take them to go.
