Mediterranean Feast (vegan): Join us on a journey of tantalizing flavors as we take a culinary trip to Greece. This gourmet feast will feature plant-based substitutions so delicious you won’t believe it! During this hand-on class you’ll prepare both shawarma and kafta along with a rice pilaf and fresh vegetables to either build a bowl or enjoy deconstructed. Hummus and Naan will accompany your meal as we dine together as a class. Enjoy stuffed dates afterwards or take yours to go.
