Weeknight Wonder: Whip up something delicious with us for an incredible fresh, easy and quick weeknight meal. We’ll start with a pan seared filet of fish and top it with an herbed butter sauce. Next, we’ll pair it with skillet sweet potatoes kissed with brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon,and round it out with garlic sauteed asparagus. A simple salad will complete the meal and a fresh lemon torte will serve as the perfect ending to this elegant yet simple supper.
