Simple, flavorful and BBQ worthy!

Ingredients
1-2 tsp vegenaise
1 whole avocado
2 bun sets
Cole Slaw
1/4th purple cabbage – chopped
less than 1/4th green cabbage – chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup @followyourheart vegenaise.
Directions
Combine all coleslaw ingredients and set in fridge
Grab a skillet and place 1 tsp of oil and cook your jackfruit for 10 – 15 minutes
Meanwhile, toast your buns and ice them with avocado and veganeise
Gently lay your jackfruit on the bottom buns and place a handful of coleslaw on top of each bun
Combine and enjoy!
